1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using unlistedroles (the "Service"), operated by unlistedroles ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

unlistedroles aggregates job listings sourced from publicly available company career pages and applicant-tracking systems. We surface these roles, provide search and filtering tools, and offer optional features such as AI-assisted application tailoring and a personal application tracker.

We are not the employer for any listing. All applications are submitted directly to the hiring company through its own application page. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or current status of any listing, and roles may be filled or removed without notice.

3. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or annual). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Monthly plan includes a 2-day free trial; your first payment is charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Weekly and Annual plans are charged at the start of each billing period.

You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute listings or data from the Service; not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; and not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by unlistedroles and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Job listing content remains the property of the respective employers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing will result in employment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, unlistedroles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
