Account information: when you sign up we collect your email address and any profile details you provide.

Billing information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store a customer reference and subscription status but never see or store your full card details.

Content you provide: if you use our AI tailoring tools, we process the resume text and job details you submit in order to generate output for you.

Usage data: we collect limited technical information such as device, browser, and interactions with the service to keep it secure and improve it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process subscriptions, generate AI-assisted content at your request, communicate important account and billing notices, and protect against fraud and abuse.

4. Service Providers

We share information with providers who help us operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Google Gemini for AI generation. If you connect Claude, Anthropic receives the results of the connector tools you authorize, under your agreement with Claude. These providers receive data needed to provide the services you use.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which we remove or anonymize your personal data except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to any incident.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.

11. Connected Apps

When you connect an app such as Claude, we store the application's identifier, the permissions you approve, authorization tokens, and connection timestamps. Access is limited to your account's permissions and plan. Connector requests can include job-search filters, job identifiers, and requests to read saved jobs. We do not request your Claude conversation history or files.

Connector responses may include requested job details, your plan and remaining unlocks, and your saved jobs. The connector is read-only. Unlocking and saving jobs happen on the UnlistedRoles website. The connector does not submit job applications, contact employers, or change billing.

You can revoke a connection under Connected apps in your account. Disconnecting removes its stored authorization and tokens and stops further connector access. Job unlocks and saved jobs remain in your account until removed through the service or an account deletion request. Contact [email protected] for help accessing or deleting your data.
